The hotel offered many pools (some heated during the winter). The staff was polite and helpful. The grounds were clean, and the food tasted delicious. There were big spaces around the hotel to spend time.

The room was slightly dated but still comfortable. Someone constantly tried to sell things near the pool. The spa facilities were disappointing (especially the cold water during the hammam).

The resort provides access to many restaurants and pools. I found many sunbeds available with waiters taking drink orders. Mahmoud Elsayed was very friendly and helpful at the gym. The housekeeping staff kept the hotel super clean throughout my stay.

The room was slightly dated, but it was still very comfortable. I noticed constant sales by the pool and in the on-site shops. The clinic on-site offered Botox and fillers. I avoided the spa facilities.

Great Pools and Friendly Staff!

The resort has many pools available. There were always enough loungers by the pool (I never had to search!). I really enjoyed the variety of food offered. All the staff members were very polite and helpful.

The room décor felt slightly outdated. (Still comfy though!)
